Behavioral Health Therapy

Behavioral health therapy includes supporting well-being by fostering skills and strategies that enhance wellness.  These approaches aid in recovery, decreasing the severity of mental health symptoms such as anxiety, mood instability, anger, and substance abuse.  By strengthening mind and body health, we build resiliency for individuals and families while promoting emotional well-being. Key benefits include improved strategies to manage symptoms and strengthened connections to happiness and health.

Cognitive therapy is a talking therapy designed to help you manage your life challenges by reframing your thoughts and supporting healthy communications, behaviors and relationships.   It is the most research-supported treatment from anxiety and depression to ADHD and socials skills problems.

Interpersonal 

Relationships & Communication. 
Interpersonal Therapy aims to improve the quality of a client’s social function and interpersonal relationships, founded on the belief that mood is impacted by relationships and life events.

​Problem Solving. Managing & Making Better Choices.
Reality therapy is client-centered and focused on improving present relationships and circumstances, helping clients to find better ways to fulfill their needs. The fundamental base is that we all share the basic needs of survival, love and belonging, power, freedom and independence and problems arise when we struggle to fulfill these basic needs. Reality therapy helps clients to assess personal responsibility and how to evaluate behavior, make plans for change, and set goals for themselves.
