- Yoga for All: from beginner to advanced levels your instructor will adapt and provide instruction matched to individual expertise.
- Kundalini Yoga: A fully comprehensive yogic technology activating the nervous and glandular systems using mantra, kriya, pranayam and meditation. This is a yoga to experience for your awakening.
- Vinyasa Yoga: Characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
- Personalized Yoga and Hands-on Adjustments: The perfect class for any level wanting to perfect their Yoga poses.
- Pranayama: Synchronizing breath with movements.
- Christina Lee, EYRT, experienced personal trainer and coach with extensive background in the arts, which she infuses into every class/training. Christina offers Fitness Assessments/Plans and a range of Yoga practices, including Hatha; Vinyasa; Yin; Restorative; in addition to unique blends of Yoga combined with dancing and other fitness modalities (Pilates, Tai Chi, Kick Boxing) for a unique personalized workout for individuals and small groups.

- Yoga Dance: Fierce & Feminine with Belly Dancing; Zoom & Zen; Yollet; Chakra Rock; and, Yoga Hip-Hop
- Chair Yoga: a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and for those who want to practice yoga at their workplace.

Meditation is a skill training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective, learning to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgement, promoting mindfulness. Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well. There’s no such thing as perfect meditation. Sometimes your focus will wander or you’ll forget to follow your breath. That’s OK. It’s part of the learning, skill development and experience. What’s important - meditate consistently - as the journey is more important than the destination. |
